EPDM Roofing

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a synthetic rubber roofing membrane used on flat commercial roofs, known for its proven durability and 30+ year lifespan.

EPDM is the most time-tested flat roofing material, with installations dating back to the 1960s still performing. Available in black (standard) and white (reflective), EPDM is adhered or mechanically fastened to the roof deck. EPDM seams use adhesive or tape rather than heat welding. In DFW, EPDM is most common on warehouses and industrial buildings. JRH Construction is a Firestone Red Shield Contractor for EPDM systems and handles installations from 5,000 to 500,000+ square feet.
