Estimates provided through our website, phone, or in-person inspections are non-binding until a formal written contract is signed by both parties. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project, material availability, and scope changes.

4. Insurance Claims

When we assist with insurance claims, we act as your roofing contractor, not as a public adjuster or insurance representative. We provide documentation and meet with adjusters on your behalf, but final claim decisions are between you and your insurance company. We comply with all Texas regulations regarding roofing contractor conduct in insurance claims.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. Photos of completed projects are used with property owner consent.
