Fascia
Fascia is the vertical finishing board mounted along the lower edge of the roof, covering the ends of the roof rafters and providing a mounting surface for gutters.
Fascia boards in DFW are typically made of wood, composite, or aluminum. Wood fascia is vulnerable to rot from moisture exposure, especially after storm damage compromises the drip edge or gutter system. JRH Construction replaces rotted fascia boards during roof replacement and offers standalone fascia and soffit repair services throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.
