K-Style Gutter
A K-style gutter is the most common residential gutter profile in the United States, named for its decorative ogee shape that resembles the letter K when viewed from the side.
K-style gutters handle more water volume than half-round gutters and are standard on virtually every DFW home built after 1960. Available in 5-inch (residential) and 6-inch (commercial or high-volume) sizes, K-style gutters attach flush to the fascia board with hidden hangers. Aluminum K-style is the DFW standard — it does not rust, is paintable, and lasts 20-30 years with proper maintenance. JRH Construction installs seamless aluminum K-style gutters during roof replacements and as standalone gutter projects across Dallas-Fort Worth.
